Dear friends of literacy,
As the vibrant colors of spring return to the NRV, I find myself reflecting on the growth and renewal that this season represents. At Literacy NRV, we embrace this time of new beginnings as we continue our commitment to empowering individuals through literacy.
With each learning goal met, we witness the transformative power that education holds, not only in the lives of our learners and volunteers but also in the community we serve. You'll find many updates below but I encourage you to follow our Facebook page for daily success stories across the LNRV community.
None of this would be possible without the steadfast support of our community partners, volunteers, and generous donors. Your belief in our mission fuels our passion and enables us to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve. Together, we are building a brighter, more inclusive future where every individual has the opportunity to thrive.
There are many ways to join in our mission to help local adults get the skills they need for independence: volunteer as a classroom assistant or tutor, participate in our Scrabble Tournament for Literacy, refer adults to us for learning, or make a gift as a friend of literacy.
